Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your mattress purchase. If your mattress is not the right fit, we offer a 30-day comfort exchange from the date of delivery or pickup.

Comfort exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The mattress must be in clean, sanitary condition and free of damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear. Comfort exchanges are limited to one exchange per purchase and apply toward the selection of a replacement mattress.
